 This says GOD YHVH to the man of GOD, called Eliyah, in the EU : 

"Hear, o prophet, I AM the I AM. Soon you will be taken up to stand in My presence with Moses the man of GOD. Both will be taught what Our holy plan is for both of you during 3.5 years on earth at Jerusalem/Sodom and Egypt. I AM."
